Why is my order On Hold?
An "On Hold" status means your order is pending review. All orders are manually reviewed prior to completion. You will receive email confirmations as your order is processed and shipped.
What payment methods are available?
All payments are processed securely via PayPal. If you do not have a PayPal account, not to worry! PayPal accepts direct payments via credit card without requiring a PayPal account. Whether or not you have a PayPal account will not affect your order in any way once payment is submit.
Where can I register an account?
You will be given the option of registering an account during the checkout process.
Where is my order?
Orders are shipped by our next Online Sales business day (Monday-Friday 9am-5pm CST). You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped. Be sure to check your spam or junk folders in case our message got filtered. Most orders will arrive within a few business days once shipped, excluding holidays. You can check the status of your order at any time via your My Account page. Please contact us if you have questions about your shipment.

Do you charge sales tax?
Sales tax is collected for all orders from Texas residents. Texas state and local sales and use tax is included in the sales price.
